Praetorian Guard Routine

Equipment needed:

Dumbbells

Ab rollout wheel

Medicine ball

Sandbag

Kettlebells

Three-minute jump rope warm up

Five by 100’s

To build arm and shoulder endurance using light dumbbells.

Circuit I

1. Side lateral raises 100 reps

2. Curls – 50 reps each side, alternate for 100 total

3. Front raises – 50 reps each side, alternate for 100 total

4. Dumbbell presses - 50 reps each side, alternate for 100 total

5. Punches - 50 reps each side, alternate for 100 total

Rest 3-minutes then start Circuit II
